... tea. A bit more strolling in the afternoon sun and we met up with Mum and Dad for dinner in the Galleria - this time Risotto Milanesse - delicious.
The kids had a ball in the Piazza Duomo climbing all over the statue, in black marble it was boild hot to touch. We strolled home via a grocery store, and didn't realise it was so late (9:30) until we walked into the foyer of the hotel, this late summer sun is fantastic!

... through Galleria Vittorio Emanuele to get to Via Montenapoleone, Milan's upscale shopping street to droll over the designer apparel.     A nice room, a grumpy reception, a good location. That's pretty much all you need to know. Worth what you're paying for.
