    ... got a second round of beers. We've had a quiet day, which for Leanne means a day full of shopping and window shopping. I am knackered hence calling time when I saw this bar. Sitting next to two Irish couples. Leanne now trying a Kriek Boon. A cherry lager. Brugge has 50 chocolate shops and I think we've seen most of them! On the wall at the back of the cemetery are the names of 35,000 soldiers who have no known grave and died from August 1917 to the end of the war - a continuation of the names inscribed on the Menin Gate. We then visited the Menin Gate with the names of 54,896 missing soldiers on its walls including a Canadian, Captain W.O. de Irwin?

    ... frustrating day. Though we never go to McDonald's or Burger King at home, the Quick's greasy burger and a fountain drinks (with ice!) were a welcome relief. The Quick also had free wifi so we hung out there a little bit; we checked emails and Facebook, and I posted the Paris entry.
