... them to dry in the camper. By then we were all hungry, so we decided to walk the half-mile (according to the motel clerk) to Rene’s Drive-in where the food was supposed to be really good. About a mile up the road, we decided we would never be able to walk back – assuming we found the place at all – so Dave walked back to get the truck. Rodney looked up the drive-in on his phone, and it was another half-mile or more away, across the ...

Made it to Fargo, ND today. It snowed this morning in Wisconsin and we met Emmy's friend for lunch in Minneapolis, MN.
We also stopped at an REI for a few minutes.

I said - again in calm voice - that's quite interesting, because we are also flying Korean Airlines to Hong Kong. More minutes of computer checking and out came boarding passes to Hong Kong. But we are going to HCM...but we can't write a boarding pass for Vietnam Airlines. You will have to go to the transit desk in Hong Kong and get your Vietnam ...

I got up and walked around looking for Baby but didn't have any luck. We went to the Fargo animal shelter and looked at their cats and also called west Fargo and Moorehead animal shelters to give her description and our contact info.

We visited the Hjemkomst museum which was really interesting. The name means homecoming and refers to the building of a Viking ship by a local teacher (Bob Asp). He had ...
