    ... sites and of course, Bev could not help herself - more shopping. It was then back to our hotel for a rest.

    We settled for a fish dinner and an early night as we were on a 9 am train to Prague the next day. Munich was a late inclusion to our itinerary substituted for a Cesky Krumlov, a small Czech village which was highly recommended to us. Great move this was, Munich has removed Luxembourg from top spot on the travel ladder!!

    ... and so sweet.

    Before going out for dinner, had to stop at the Hofbrauhaus for a beer ! I know, I dont drink beer, but managed their equivalent of a shandy. Its a small one!! Paul had no such qualms, and opted for a large weiss beer to ensure he didn't become dehydrated.

    ... wanted to enjoy their Sunday afternoon in a cafe in the city centre. When I left the fenced off inner city there was a constant stream of annoyed locals that wanted to enjoy their Sunday at a cafe and couldn't. To explore the city I joined a free walking tour, that way I would see all the important sites with some information in the small time I had.     ... laughing, singing and dancing. It was great fun just to watch, much less to participate. Sandy and I found a table near the band and sat across from some people (I thought they were American). Turns out they were and we started talking and drinking and eating with them...what a wonderful time! They are from Minnesota! Turns out the guy was in the Army...been in 11 years, and she was his girl. I mean, they both looked like they were 12 ...
