Next stop was the Hofbrauhaus to introduce Mum to the sole purpose for Bavarian life: BEER! It seems like most of their economy is built on beer, cars and autobahns ... which normally don't go that well together but here, they seem to be made for each other.

We just caught the last few songs of a live entertainer who was playing waltzes etc for the >65's to dance to. They were having a great time & Mum looked ...

... 160;The bad news was of course the cloud was right down and it was snowing and we could not see more than 50 metres. I landed on time in Munich and felt a bit lost at the airport. Quickly found my way to the Information desk and asked them to guide me to the station. Luckily, it was just outside the airport. I picked up some travel brochures and the map and walked out towards the station. Most of the signs were in German so I think I found it a bit difficult there. I stopped a local walking by and tried to ask for some direction. My bad, she knew only German. We both used sign language ...

... 8217;s schedule doesn’t look too bad! I only have 2 classes. I have Change and Project Management from 9am to 12pm and then Intercultural Management from 2pm- to 5pm. I love having the 2 hour lunch break because then it doesn’t seem like too much classes in one day. As for the rest of my evening today I’m planning on just relaxing and maybe checking up on Ellie, Emily and Vasilisa to see if they’re back home already. ...
