      ... races with the mixed boat winning a silver on aggravate score over the three races. Canada smarting from the 2000 wins came out fighting and just won.

      However, vengeance is sweet and in the opens over three races Australia beat Canada by .19 second which means Gold for our boys.

      So Warrens tally for this comp so far is 3 GOLD and 1SILVER.

      Not sure of Australia's medal total but it is 7 Gold, 6 silver and ...

      ... the opens (men's over 60) and won Gold again. It's been a long time coming but very well deserved. If this keeps up we really will have to build that extra room.

      Australia's tally for the day was 3 gold, 2 silver and one bronze. Not bad for a little country. The Canadians who have been world champions for probably the last ten years were extremely upset that we beat them. Singing the national anthem was a highlight of the day. I found it ...

      The team went off to have training at the venue this morning.
      I checked out the thermal pools which is attached to the hotel. The medicinal pools were green and very hot but the first one had floaty things which I didn't quite feel comfortable there. I tried all the jacuzzi pools but came back waiting for Warren to return.
      When he came in he wasn't feeling too well but we walked into town for lunch. About two hours on , he had a temperature and just wanted to ...
