... Love hotels :-/, rooms by the hour. Surprisingly common. They aren't happy with what everywhere else in the world is producing, they go one better... Kit kats in all sorts if flavours- cheesecake, peach or green tea. And why stop with orangina, they have lemongina and it's just as tasty. There's also a whole range of green tea foods including Haagen daas and Oreos. I feel this list could be continued to be added to... But I'll leave it there for ...

... truffles, perfect! Then an elderly Japanese lady who turned out to be the mother of the owner popped round to show us how everything worked. She also took a photo of us and sent it to her son. That evening for tea we headed out to explore Shingu and found 2 restaurants. Picking one by a process of elimination (it had tables that seated 4, the other only 2). It was here that again we became a little stuck and without any other customers ...

... so we headers their to dinner. The front of house lady tried to turn us away "no English menu" (said while shoo-ing us away) but the chef man beamed at us and in broken English helped us order dinner. It was magnificent! For those of you who are against raw fish, his food would make you reconsider. Caught fresh that morning and prepared in front of you, this sashimi was delicious. It would be worth $100+ ...

... complex webs all over the place! We explored the area a bit but it's a small town so there's not much to see. It's more of a hiking area. We took naps, relaxed, had dinner and that was it for the day!
