... it!! We were coming back to our place on the bus and i was nervous about us missing our stop., Suddenly I saw this board that said SOKAK and that was what i thought was the name of our street. Well, i called out and said "guys here is our street SOKAK" There was this silence and suddenly all 6 of us just packed out laughing!!!
This morning we went to see the Lycian tombs that are carved into this rockface looking down on Fethiye. An incredible sight ...

... for the grand price of 24 Turkish lira (7). Return. For both of us. Now we only stayed in Kas for a week but it’s true to say it felt like we were going home and I think that is tantamount to the charm of that town and the warm caring hospitality of the Hotel Kekova.

... had sunk. We continued on and arrived at Kas, a local port. We had a look around and sat and ate ice cream while drinking wine with KB (Kendall) and Luke, our new best friends on the trip.

... people is wearing woollen blankets, and we decided to get one depicting the customary motif of corn cobs (mealies) for fertility. Custom and tradition is still very evident in Lesotho, as we saw a couple of our blankets walking around town!

It's now back to routine, although George will soon be off to Zimbabwe again. We're very much looking forward to welcoming visitors in July and August, so expect more blog stories soon.
