... tongues. Ohh that’s right we are the foreigners.

Luckily we are in Bohnj for the 9th International Wild Flower Festival and it is what it says, fields and mountains of wild flowers. …... It really is all in the planning! There is a huge amount of adventures to do here, we include some canoeing and a day bike ride through the most incredible mountains and fields of wild flowers to a Slovenian restaurant ...

We finally made it to Bled from Bratislava after taking a taxi, 3 trains, and 2 buses- all in all, 7 hour day of travel. ... church. In my view it is more impressive on the outside than the inside but a nice walk to raise an appetite for yet more food. And more very nice food we had at Okarina, just across the road from our hotel and recommended by Paul MacCartney no less! They serve an odd mix of Indian and local cuisine but all seemed excellent. I had the day's special of chanterelle mushrooms with pasta and Albert had wild ...

... but as we got a good deal we expected that, we have a pleasant balcony overlooking next doors trees and crazy golf so it is perfectly adequate. Our only gripe is that the lake rooms not only have a stunning view, they are also the only rooms with air con! we ask for a fan and get it, no chance of a move the hotel is full, so hopefully it won't be too hot. The lake is stunning. We had seen photos but couldn't believe that it really ...
