Today was a free day in Nice so we decided to have a mini sleep in and then head down town. There is a cute little street lined with shops so we popped in there and saw some nice things. There are some really expensive shops and also some really cheap ****** ones like Bali. The weather is so nice though. Yesterday it was so hot so today we thought we would go back to the beach for the rest of the day but when we waked outside it was raining. We just kept our bathers on and ...

Neither of us had any luck in that one! So that was enough for us! ... t know what these older women from Germany expect with dorms, but she was always sitting on my bed when I came in, and moving my bag around the room. I told her that my bag was bigger, so could she put hers under the bed, which she did (she had a tiny duffle bag!). For the rest of the evening she kept standing right next to the Taiwanese girls and asking them a trillion questions. Then she started on me, but I kept quiet, so it didn't last for long. Went out to ...

... Bond films and such. Oddly, the casino was seperated into two rooms; the first was feww to enter and didnt have a dress code but only had slot machines, it was also very small. The other main part was the "real" part of the casino fr all intents and purposes, it was a black tie required type of place and cost 10EURO (unless it was obvious you were a high roller).

Overall the trip was amazing, and I won't lie, I spent (or lost) 1EURO in the Monte-Carlo just to say I ...
