Great hotel on a retail park ! Odd place for a hotel but stayed in here a couple of times...reasonable prices, comfortable rooms and great breakfasts. Ideal for stop when your passing through

... and found myself in more lane ways with a vibrant African community- like being in an underground community separated from the daily life of Genoese. Back up to real world and went into restaurant across road from hotel. Fantastic spag marinara ( fruiti di mare) and zuppa pesce which was also a meal on its own- a huge bowl crustaceans and small mullet cooked in same tomato sauce as spag. A great meal for € 25with wine. Served by a Ben ...

We all headed to a table overlooking the lake and toasted our good fortune . ...

... very dangerous even deadly, the likelihood of a bite or attack is slim. I am also fully aware that in Italy the spiders are harmless. These facts make no difference in the severity or how pronounced my fear is when I encounter one. So when my hand came within very close contact with one as I continued to cut the lavender, my body was thrown backwards aggressively. It was an automatic response. I’m not a hundred percent sure, but I must have back flipped over ...

      Shopping and Sophie in Milan

Our main reason for visiting Milan was to see my sister Sophie as she flew in on the Saturday morning. I couldn't help taking in a bit of the local fashion though, and spent an afternoon torturing Andrew with a little bit of shopping. Ok more than a little bit because we ended up buying a medium size ...
