Great hotel on a retail park ! Odd place for a hotel but stayed in here a couple of times...reasonable prices, comfortable rooms and great breakfasts. Ideal for stop when your passing through

... i have an an update before I update this blog. Unfortunately the entries have already closed for WAO so I can't enter. Never mind, I still had an awesome evening and have met some new friends. And I will see them again in a few weeks.

So one more day of agility tomorrow - am expecting to enjoy it just as much. Am looking forward to the team relay event in the afternoon, and the biathlon agility is on in the morning.

... br> The weather continues to be stunning here. It is cold in the venue, but around 20 degrees outside.

There was one doggie thing that we have in NZ that the Americans didn't know about - dry bed. I am very pleased about that, because I have told them how great it is, so people have purchased it and I now get to sit on it which is much easier on the bum than the hard steps.

... very good, and some people handled it really well. It was tiring watching agility all day, and I videoed many of the runs. It was quite cold inside in the morning (said she who was wearing a merino top, 3 jackets and 2 pairs of trousers!) I love the jacket I bought in Dubai and can see it being worn a lot. But very warm outside.

When that course was finished, Allan and I drove to Parvia which was about 50 mins away. I ...

Thursday Ljubljana to Treviso, Italy 585K

Lovely journey through what was left of Slovenia with views of wide valleys and mountain ranges. Over the border to Italy where the hills were much less dramatic and,

of course, the roads were better, but busier. We stayed overnight at a small bed and breakfast at Treviso, not much to report there except that we got lost on the way ...

    Shopping and Sophie in Milan

Our main reason for visiting Milan was to see my sister Sophie as she flew in on the Saturday morning. I couldn't help taking in a bit of the local fashion though, and spent an afternoon torturing Andrew with a little bit of shopping. Ok more than a little bit because we ended up buying a medium size ...
