    The lock workers went on strike yesterday so we arrived in Rouen.. Unplanned overnight stay and as of 12 noon we found out the locks would reopen at 5 pm. We'll travel toward Paris this evening. Also heard air traffic controllers are on strike, so not sure what ...

    After an incredibly long flight from Singapore (sitting next to a man who coughed the whole way) and 3 trains later, we arrived in Rouen.
