    In a very grey gloomy drizzle we left Bayeux about 9.30 having had an unsettled night with rain hammering on the roof.     I already Facebooked about my language barrier at McDonalds in Lille. the cashier couldn't understand my English or French. It didn't get any better. In Rouen, there we found no English speaking people. We managed to order our desserts by pointing.
