      ... the bible, rick steves says that people who deal with tourists all the time get sick of them and can have poor attitudes towards them. Maybe merchants and people in general in places like Bayeux and Rouen deal with tourists less and are therefore more receptive towards them. At first you think you are in an artificial film set, but any close inspection shows that the timbers are both real and original.
