This restaurant is so charming, with an interesting atmosphere (it blends ...
Monet and the Sun King
... in the style that Monet had them and the house has been lovingly restored. There is a large souvenir shop that you pass through between the house and the exit, but as the place employs many people and needs plenty of ongoing care this seems a necessary "evil".
We had an hour and a half here and it is a lovely area. It is however a little hard to bask in the serenity when there would be a minimum of 200 fellow ...
