Team dinner at 14

Once we are sat at the impecably laid table the starter is marinated mackeral filets on wasabi puree, followed by the most incredible roast belly pork on parsnip puree with parsnip crisps-incredible! To start the day we went to breakfast in Sion, Switzerland at Place du Midi. I had a vanilla cream filled croussant, know to the swiss as vanilla bread. This was a preferred by Alex but I liked the chocolate bread better. While eating Chris came to join us, as well as a small bird that also enjoyed my breakfast.

Schilthorn - Hiking the Swiss Alps
