Simon, Liv and Issy took off for a walk to meet up with us at Galleries Lafayette to see their Christmas decorations, we had seen them before, but they are just awesome. A little shopping and viewing from the 7th floor of the panorama of Paris before Simon and Liv left for a little sightseeing and we took Issy for a Japanese lunch. Then we walked over to ...

We were lucky enough to get right to the front of the crowd and see it up close, it was so awesome to see one of the most famous paintings in the world so close up, even if Brook thought it just looked like any other painting. For all my fellow Potter fans, you'll recall it is a place referenced in the last movie. I was stoked. I ******* hated that train ride itself though. I could not get away from that hunk of metal soon enough. Let's include the Paris station, Gare du Nord, in that statement for good measure. The train station in Paris was ...

... After talking for a while, we realized we both went to school in Iowa, one girl was from Wisconsin (my home state) and the other was born in my best friend's small Minnesotan hometown. One of the girls was also lifelong best friends with a girl I know from ISU. Crazy world. Then, we were walking through the Louvre when I saw a lady from my church in Ames. Crazy world, indeed.

We went to meet up with other Camp Adventure friends to go on a night bike tour. Everyone had ...
