The weather at Payolle was dull and cloudy as we packed up to move back towards Villemagne. We are parking with the Weedons so that we can go to the American festival in Castel.
We headed for a cheap campsite in Montréjean. €12 a night gives us electricity, water and dump. It was a pleasant location, and although the pitches were tight for us, we had a couple of days to explore the area around St Gaudens. Lots of supermarkets and ...
Well it didn't take long and we were once again in the Peugeot doing 130kph. The 630 km trip to Soulan in the Pyrenees would go quick at this pace, so would our coins. Those nasty toll machines seemed to be getting more greedy by the kilometer.

Our next move was to an aire in Mielan. Well laid out aire with good facilities. The village was lovely. But ...

As we left Lourdes behind, a glance over our left shoulders towards the Pyrenees revealed the places where we had such a good time, covered with snow. Proper thick snow, that although undoubtable beautiful, would have wrecked the riding of the last few days.
Its been truly magical, we have been so lucky.
Next you will hear from us we will probably be in Avoriaz. Cheers just now.
