... of flooding was such that we were not happy to try and drive through the heavy floods to get to the camp. So we knew that there was a site at Equihen-plage. We followed signs and they took us to an aire - just a stopping place with gravel and a water dump and fresh water.

A few birthday events happened as ...
... visited the Nausicaa centre in the dock area of Boulogne and of course a short drive to the Hypermarket to stock up on French essentials for home (Olive Oil, Vinegar, Couscous, Spices and wine, not forgetting Alcohol Free beer of course.
The town of Boulogne is one we used to rush through from the ferries that used to dock there, so this time we were able to wander the streets and enjoy the street cafe's and Saturday Market too.
