We could see the Rhone glacier above, with a pool below that was an incredible shade of milky blue. It almost looked unnatural! We zig-zagged our way down the mountainside - adjacent to the thundering milky blue waterfall that is the Rhone. We stopped for lunch in the town ...

It’s 3.30pm and I am hungry so back to the restaurant for a bite to eat, and sadly a final look at the mountains and glacier before I take the 4.40pm train. Interlaken is a nice place to be in the evening, and I'm more satisfied with my choice than I was earlier this afternoon as I contemplated how many places I wasn't staying. A big part of my urge to come to Switzerland was a craving for orderliness, multilingual signs, and mountains (also Swiss-style houses). Interlaken provides these all admirably, and also gives me cause ...

I am full to overflowing (and not just with food!). This is the 4th day, and there are 3 or 4 sessions between each break, almost all overwhelming and inspirational. How to absorb it all, remember all the people I have met, and more importantly, to distil the essence to take back and put into action. It's interesting how the sessions that you least expect to impact you turn around and hit you.  That was the case with the presentation on LAMS, the Learning Activity Management ...
