    “NO!! I WANT TO FIRST!” Talia yanked me the other way – at least I was now upright.

    ... this is the source of the Rhone river! The proper starting point for our Rhone river adventure (not that it was mentioned in our guidebook - this guidebook isn't very detailed!)     ... revealing an amazing sight of the valley below with the small river running through it. Just beautiful. We had arrived in Stechelberg. We were going to walk alongside the river but it was too wert so we caught the bus to Trummelbach falls instead. So hard to believe that people actually live here.
