Woke up to a beautiful view from our window then down for breakfast (photo). Had the best latte so far this trip. We then commenced a browse around the streets of Venice, looking through shops and taking photos. We indulged in a gelato before heading back to collect our bags and catch the ferry to the train station where we caught the train to Milan or Milano. Venezia to Milano by traino 2.5 hours. We spent a couple of hours there being dragged from section to section by 3 excited kids. Luckily the drive home was much less eventful than the ride there and Luca and Brodie both had a nap. Back in Fiera we all went out for dinner and then to bed after a busy ...

... another bus showed up eventually, and I asked the the driver if he spoke English (Yes! He did! ) and I explained our dilemma, and that we needed to get to Campemiglia DEL MARE ( on the beach) No problemo! So, he was good enough to stop the bus and let us off as close as he could to where we wanted to go, and we were able to walk the rest without a real problem, even though it meant zigging and zagging down some dodgy little back-streets that I had by ...
