Soon the bartender started playing Austrian folk music on the sound system and the boys began standing up and singing along with the music (and the rest of the bar) and providing some dancing of their own. I am sure you had to be there, but it was one of those rare nights when you get to experience the life of the locals. And ...

... for just that – a place for Hitler to entertain visitors and dignitaries. As a matter of fact, he actually visited it only 14 times before he and Eva Braun committed suicide in 1945 in one of the bunkers built under the Reichstag the seat of government in Berlin. Additionally, he had a smaller teahouse further down the mountain that he used daily as a respite from his work.
