... thought that were up for €97, but we only paid an additional €31. Some of the €25 paid at the info centre must go to the hotel as well. Anyway, all good as we did enjoy staying there.

We didn't enjoy the beach on the east coast of Italy. While there is sand, the water is hot and not refreshing. We were told today that the best beaches have rocks and are on the west coast of Croatia and Italy. Good to know for ...

There are only 2 towers left but we hiked all the way up to them to see the most incredible views possible. The city is also located on top of large hills and surrounded by a city wall ...

... which means he has now won 8 out of the 10 held so far this year, he has an 87 point lead over his nearest rival. Hope he does well at Donnington when we are there to watch him in 2 weeks time. Tom Sykes was 2nd and it would have been British 1, 2, 3 but Chaz Davies' bike mysteriously stopped in both races. When we arrived back at the B&B this afternoon, we discovered the pool had been filled and the view from our window had improved markedly!
