      ... 8211; Vino de Arte Mayor from Domino de la Vega. This cost about 21 euro which is still extraordinary value but somewhat above the 8-10 euro of almost all the other wines I have tasted. We were politely invited to leave it open for at least 30 minutes for it to be ready and instructions were duely followed and proved a good suggestion.
