... about a family who gave up sugar for a year. A whole year! And not just your normal fizzy cans of coke and smarties, but any form of sugar…..no cake, no bread, no glazed cooked meats, no sauces, no mayonnaise, no biscuits, no ice cream, no wine…you get the picture! ... hot soup in such a long time. All wet by heavy rain after dinner and waiting for the bus to go back to the train station. Met an American guy who look like indian but might grew up in the states and a Brazilian guy who doesn't speak English at all but nice. We lost words on the train back to Perugia. Louise must be upset but she was very calm. We had a long day indeed but it would be an experience for our ...
