    ... was the biggest sea port in the world until 2004 (now it's Shanghai). Having taken more than a day to ride it from end to end, I believe it! Compared to Rotterdam, riding through the country was so much more relaxing, and a lot less confusing - we didn't even get lost today!     After a hot and longer than expected ride from the German border to Beekbergen on Thursday, it was refreshing to arrive at the Golden Tulip de Wipzelberg, a lovely resort in the middle of a forest.     ... have already stopped there to do Machu Pichu and Galapogos. I am not even sure if I can do all three "extra destinations" in one go.

    The top of the list is Easter Island and Machu Pichu. Galapogos may have to wait for another time.

    Well...at least I have my starting point and now I am going to start planning from here.

    As a Filipino hearing it for the 1st time I was shocked. I never heard/thought about that in the Philippines in any students.
