... city. Fortunately for Dana, the pay-for-view movies were free for passengers quarantined to their cabins and the TV was viewable from the bathroom! Tom's tour consisted of a beer tasting at the only remaining brewery in Lubeck, out of the original 180 brewerys in the 15th century. The most interesting part of this tour was hearing from the guide about the special geography of this town. On the other side of the river from our ship's pier, was ...

The trees, as you will see in some pictures I put up, are still getting leaves and budding, but otherwise you can tell the seasons are changing here. I think I will head back there when I have the chance! Especially when it is the summer, and I can actually enjoy the beach! The water was 40 degrees today, so I don't think it would have been the best day to go swimming! ...

I thought we would just be kicking back and visiting while at the Summer House, but not so. We had a wonderful evening meal under the chestnut tree, and Al's other cousin Arthur arrived for dinner as well so it seems like such a celebration. We set out little candles and lingered over the meal. I am amazed at what Gisele can do with that little oven. Today the plan is to drive north to go to the seaside and ...
