Last day on the road
... meal has been the fried zucchini flowers and incredibly delicious Italian tomatoes. While that meal was wonderful i had heartburn like never before and have since been saying no to some options and sadly, leaving some portions unfinished. Lunch in Assisi was 3 courses plus cheeses and dessert. I managed my intake well but still continued to feel worn out by the immense caloric intake. Ancona Italy
Arrived 7am but didn't go ashore until 11. Berthed right in town so an easy walk to do some shopping. Saturday today so market stalls everywhere and really good shops. Had a good Illy coffee and a walk up the hill for a view. Nice fine weather today about 24 degrees. Had lunch in Marco Polo restaurant. Really very good food. Sailed for Corfu during lunch.
