... We changed our clothes in the car because we couldn't be bothered to walk all the way back to the Hotel. It cost us €60 to play 9 holes, you would have thought there would have been a reduction for the inconvenience. We were told the new clubhouse is opening next Easter...well they had better get a move on then! The first tee has a temporary green, all the others are as normal. ... at our favourite bar, La Scala. It was so warm we didn't want to move, but we really wanted to fit in a visit inside the cathedral. We were glad we did it's lovely. Our last day in France and it rained all day. I thought that was rather apt. We arrived in the rain and we are leaving in the rain. It looks like its really happening and this guy is going to take the van. He is very excited and is travelling down with us to Cornwall tomorrow and then driving the Beast away. We are nearly finished one part of our journey and will have some time with Jane and Anton and a small trip to Greece to look forward ...
... so hopefully there will be no delays. Nope, no delays, no migrants, nothing! Also a good clear drive back home there were even no queues at the Dartford Tunnel. Back home by 3pm and spent the next 2.5 hours unloading and sorting stuff out. All done, can't wait until next ...
