... I'm sure you all recognize as a type of cheese! However, it is also the home of the Callier (partnered with Nestlé) chocolate factory! We went on an awesome tour of the factory - chocolate tasting INCLUDED - before actually going into town. The air actually smelled like chocolate as we exited the bus. ... I was looking forward to after my pal in Lyon told me about it last night. Unfortunately it is a 40 minute walk to and from it, and I don't make up my mind in time to go with my new English friend (I thought a small branch would spring up 5 min walk from hostel at the bars there, but when I walk over it's still just bars and they don't have the vibe I'm after). Instead it'll be a night of rest to top off a day of relaxing, before an early (very) start for Switzerland ...
