      ... We had very, very tasty snails in the first course, then Paul had rabbit and I had lamb in the second course (also very tasty). Paul had a cheese plate, with a selection of sheep, goat, and cow cheeses. I had a dessert: bananas and chocolate in a filo dough purse. I thought it was good (not great), but Paul didn't like the plantain-style banana. We also had a bottle of excellent Beaujolais. Lovely meal, about three hours of good food and good company.       Again we found a nice airbnb place to stay in. Just renovated, it was very clean and nice and located on the outskirts of Reims. At first it seemed a bit noisy but it worked out well so we stayed 3 nights. We hired a car and I was the driver but Ben and Sasha were the navigators. It was nearly impossible to find a car to hire as the harvest had just started and an enormous number of people had arrived in Reims to work. ...
