... ready for harvest, pine forest groves and grape growing areas. We crossed the Swiss border just after Lucanne which we bypassed for traffic ease. Our track followed Lake Geneve for about 2 hours. This beautiful waterway was flanked on one side by terraced grape vines and on the other by Swiss Alps. ... Jerome was already ok at it before), understanding the 3 different types of Malaria vaccinations, writing rental contracts....to only name a few.
Oh yes, and we were kind of doing some work on the side as well ;)

... morning to recover from the late night. Matt and I both took the noon train down to Bex and hopped on a train to Lausanne. At that point, he headed for a train to Bern and I went to book my train from Zurich to Vienna which is in a couple of days. It's going to be an overnight train so I figured I book it now. Even with the 10 CHF reservation fee, I'm saving like 20 CHF by not having to stay in a Swiss hostel....which are ridiculously expensive!

... easy, in the old town centre in a quaint street behind a church. We decided to have lunch there even though it was expensive (about $55 for a salad and cous cous bowl)….you only live once and we have to try the veggie places wherever we go! I believe everything is organic, and the food was very well presented. The servers also spoke English which was helpful (one had even spent time living in Australia!!!). The salad was beautiful, very refreshing ...
