More shopping today and general pottering. We needed to get Brooke assessed as her tonsillitis needs sorting out. As luck would have it she would she was just starting to feel a little better...lol After the doctors we headed off for lunch and headed to an Tex Mex restaurant - looking for simple meat and veggies. Aaron ordered mussels by mistake which was amusing but the Jillz and Wicke Witte made up for it. Dinner took quite a while but the walk past our old place to the bus and the quick ride home was worth it so happy we got to spend the afternoon here, a perfect way to end this ...

... all was ok - except....... why didn't they like Pete's passport.....? Very efficient these systems - it transpired he had incurred a speeding fine about 2 years ago and it was still on his record so after more to do he coughed up 35 euros and we were away.

Passing along the canal tucked in to the right hand bank as instructed, we were passed by a huge variety of boats and barges including ...
