... harbour. Sanremo is very pretty, lots of old buildings up on the hill that filter through to the ocean, Some great walking paths with magnificent views. I ventured out on the peer to capture the town....nice. Could quite easily have spent the whole day here, but alas time to get moving. We strolled back through the town and made our way back up the hill to find the car. Not sure if any of you have been in a lift car park before but I was fascinated, Got a little video right at ...

... I had problems with my iPad because it wanted to backup to iCloud and it froze so couldn't use it at all. Had to use phone for reading etc on train. Arrived in Nice at 3pm and caught a taxi to hotel. Got ourselves organised then went to laundromat to catch up on washing. While it was washing we walked to find patisserie for days cakes, mine was in shape of pyramid, and a supermarket. Came back to room and had bread, ham and cheese for dinner then spent evening on ...

It's great being around people that love me. Recharges me. Tomorrow I'll be in Barcelona and the "plan" from there is to explore Portugal, Spain, maybe Morocco. Work a bit. Enjoy a mild winter. Have some time in isolation. Continue to budget well. 6weeks later come back to France for Xmas. Cos a solo Xmas just doesn't appeal in the least.
