... paar maanden reizen en een paar maanden op een boerderij midden in de Outback? Tja, Nieuw Zeeland is dan ook wel weer heel erg dicht bij, dus daar kunnen we dan net zo goed even langs gaan.

We hebben toen voor de zekerheid de Atlas er maar even bij gepakt om te kijken of we nog meer willen zien. Al snel werd duidelijk dat Marieke heel graag nog naar Zuid Amerika wilde en ook Afrika ...

Maandagaand was Zuidlaardersnacht. Dit is 'n fees met baie perde - dis al wat ek weet. Ons was net by Rene se huis, kings gespeel en daarna was ons uit na die Disco. Daar het ons geskud en ruk tot seker so 4uur. My skoene was nog nooit so vuil nie - tot my broek was vol watookal dit was. Ons het 'n hamburger gekoop en moes toe terug fietsry.

Dinsdag het ek vir Loes kom kuier hier in Groningen waar sy swot en ...

... to drizzle and got heavier as the afternoon wore on. It took up about 2 hours to clear the carpark and by the time we were on the freeway on the way home it was pouring down.


To compound our misery, we missed our exit and were forced to travel 10 km up and then back to take the right way home. More bugger! Never mind, our spirits were high as STONER did well and we had had a great three days racing at the Dutch TT!
