... Unfortunately the children gave up 1km short and Jeanne and I were the only ones to see the sunset. It was a spectacular sunset and I felt rather disappointed we had not walked there as although Santiago is the official end the camino is not really complete until finnisterre. Maybe next time we will walk to finnisterre. Returning to our albergue ...

... a cafe stop but then walked another 1km and stopped at a cafe as the children were all calling for a hot chocolate. Our final 5km walk into Santiago took forever as walking through the suburbs in ugly and boring but the arrival in the old city and emerging in front of the church was an exhilarating experience. Bon bouclage des bagages, pas facile de mettre sa vie dans un sac à dos !!!

Tout est quasiment prêts! Visa ok, billet d'avion ok, derniers vaccins et trousse à pharmacie ok.

Dans notre sac à dos, deux pochettes à vide d'air, une pour les vêtements techniques spécifiques vélo, et une pour les vêtements moins sportifs.
