    ... sand. I didn't go swimming so we tried looking for shops to get some souvenirs etc. it was mainly eateries and restaurants. Don was feeling like a hamburger so we tried this modern Italian bar/cafe. Bingo they had a hamburger ( meat patty, prosciutto, tomato and lettuce with chips) I had an enormous salad and as a bonus there was beetroot.     ... souvenirs and panini for our fritters and headed to the montania. Again the roads were narrow, winding and steep. We found a spot to eat and the farmer came out to see what we were doing. Next stop the cemetery for nearly 2 hours. We saw graves of people who had names of people who settled into Biloela. Rinaldis, Zangari, Zavaglia, La Rosa, Ardonato, Scali, were all there.     ... he rescued us. We followed behind him to our accommodation. There was no way we would have found it. The info given was an area not an exact address and even with that there was no signs saying " Sea Calabria". We settled into our big room and booked tea for 7.30pm. We realised that no one eats before 8-9pm so we were an oddity. The food was plentiful as usual and I have now developed a twitch each time I hear a kitchen door swing open as I hope they aren't bringing more food ...
