After the walking tour ended with the famous midday chiming of the astronomical clock, we headed for a cafe to get some lunch and rest our weary feet as we had walked for about 4 hours. We then had free time to do some exploring on our own. Wayne and I chose to climb to the top of the clock tower where we had uninterrupted views of Prague - just spectacular! ...

... shoved from pillar to post does not help the matter one little bit.....truly this was not fun and I was starting to think we would not be going to Prague at all.

We asked a man who seemed to be helping people with their queries and he made several phone calls for us and had his colleauges checking it out for us too and he described it as being a mystery. Oh really, no, we thought this was what happened every day!!

We had to leave him and head ...
