Today was rivers and lakes

A travel blog entry by anne.nathan

... farm land - a lot of corn, but lots of other crops as well. There were grapevines all over the place too. Crops are all mixed up - not like Australia.

Then we came to Lake Neuchatel and went up the west side of it too. The land on the other side was flat, but the activity on the lake was the same. Went through Neuchatel (we went through this place 2 days ago when we traveled west to east across Switzerland.

A travel blog entry by abeliwasierisaw

Today was my catch a breath day, sleep in, get some washing done, do some blog, work, downloading photos and posting some postcards – I know that just sounds totally boring when I am supposed to be out exploring but I think you have to do that after a good 13 days of go go go. I guess because I went through security in Frankfurt, no one needs to see it again. Then Laura was at the gate! We dropped my stuff at her place (and I brushed my disgusting teeth) and went in search of some lunch. Since it was after 2pm, that proved difficult. The Swiss really like to dictate when you eat and shop, but we did find ...
