      Today (Saturday) we're having a day off and spending it at the Speke Resort in Kampala. It's a very smart place on the shores of Lake Victoria and has a large swimming pool.
      Juliet was about to apply her sun cream when we noticed that what she thought was sun cream was actually Spanish hairspray. She had been using it all day yesterday at Sanga and wondered why it had not been very effective!

      Quiet day, just us. The four of us went for a walk along the seafront in the morning, it was very cold and windy. Marni, wanted to wear her sparkly skipping shoes. What to do?       ... started up Loft Beck which probably should be called " Heartbreak Hill". There are many rock steps leading up and up following the beck and doubling back and forth, making for a very tiring climb. Hett and I were very pleased with all the Kokoda sessions we'd done in Kings Park, Once we had regained our breath and our sang froid we headed off east toward Honister and views in all directions.
