... days I struggled a lot with my leg. Head and coldpads made it better, but I couldn't walk very long.

So it was time to leave, I loved the people around me, and my leg could use some rest, but my next stop would be Salvador, a city everyone speaks highly of. And on Monday I had a flight scheduled so if I wanted to see a bit of this city, I had to leave, so I did. But I will always love Monique and Rodrigo and never forget their hospitality and our bikeride!

... chegaram e fomos comer caranguejo na orla. Aqui caranguejo dobrado não é um caranguejo "bombado", é o nosso clone de caranguejo de Recife. Depois do caranguejo, fomos dar uma olhada no forró, que ainda tá rolando aqui em Aracaju, desde o São João. Tem uma cidade do interior montada na orla, com um palco e restaurantes ao redor. Tão bonito quanto o pátio de Caruaru ou o Pátio do Povo ...

... about the place is dull even though they try to maintain standards that were relevant to the 1960´s.
A large new bus station that serves the whole state and beyond, but it too is so still and empty. Signs of expansion as a beach town are clear with large new hotels along the (far off) beach.
Perhaps in 2015 it will be of more interest than it is now. A ´´one-day´´ town or better still give it a miss for ...

... s seis, fiquei fazendo hora por ali até faltarem dez para as seis, então me dirigi novamente ao guichê para encontrar duas pessoas já esperando por sua abertura e ser informado dez minutos depois que só havia mais duas passagens para Maceió, aonde é claro que os dois simpáticos homens que chegaram depois de mim à rodoviária de Aracaju mas antes à fila do guichê queriam ir.
