... our options! After we left Michael and Steve at the train station, we chilled in Como for a bit more, which actually is where I am at the moment. We are in a lovely coffee shop with antique furniture compete with couches, great music and a entertaining waiter. Life is good, I am happy and look forward to the next chapter in my journey. Quotes for the week: "I'm getting wrinkles from smiling so much while hitchhiking." "I used to think you were so ...

... fall asleep at the table, me included. So we started to make a move just after 11.30pm, then we found out we had to wait for the bus. We had a least another 30min plus wait for the bus. People were sitting on the curb, falling asleep, it wasn't a pretty site. Finally the bus arrived, and we were on our way to the hotel. By the time we got to bed it was nearly 1am. A very long day, looking forward to a good sleep. Photos to come, when wifi is a lil ...

We visited two by ferry says Bird (HP thinks otherwise you would assume we swam). We do not know if the Romans used the islands, but one would doubt it as ...

... drink and then onto dinner on the ground floor. A get to know you dinner.

Went up to the Sky Bar with magnificent views over the lake. A very popular place with both the locals and tourists. They had part of it reserved for us and we were served spumante (nice, dry)
    and some lovely antipasto.

Down for our first dinner together. Food okay but a special menu for catering for 28 people. Really is a magnificent hotel with lovely public rooms.

On the bus to Lagura Switzerland, free time for coffee and shopping in the markets. Weather is very cold here. We took the bus to the cable car up the mountain called Monte Tamaro. Beautiful views on the way up of the valley below, snow on the alps here. We had a set lunch menu and a walk around at the top, threw ...
