Our next stop was Les Sables-d'Olonne, famous for the Vendée Globe, where a parcel was awaiting our arrival with a birthday present for me, some pretty crucial insurance documents and a couple of stickers saying 'Jade' as apparently French customs don't like it if your boat doesn't have its name anywhere on it.
