After an ultra windy start, the day panned out quite well weather wise, brightening up so much we needed sun cream in the afternoon. Kids woke up really late. No milk. Croissants for breakfast, then did our last Leclerc trip for supplies for the journey home and presents etc. Came back for a light lunch and then went on a tour of some campsites to see if there were any we like more than this one. It's got lots of positives but I'm done with the sand and tiny pitch. We went up to Le ...

Last day of decent supposedly ( and by that I mean not raining ) weather so making the most of it on the beach. Kids are having a lovely time splashing about in the waves - took them a couple of hours to warm up to it but they are having fun with daddy in the waves. Bella's favourite game is for daddy to get a bucket of water from the waves, and then rip it into the sand. Now Benji is joining in too. Bella's collecting stones ...

Divide and conquer was in order, got Bella off and then tackled Benji with cuddles, blankets and puss in boots. Not really much wine and chocolate time left by that point, but managed a couple of glasses and a bar of milka in front of the Bourne identity. Didn't managed much though before dropping off but had wicked Bourne ...

... Bella had a nap in the bar with Hank and we had a lovely time in the pool. Benji's not very brave these days, won't really come out of the baby pool, unlike Bella who throws herself in the water and motors around happily. We had a nice swim though, i managed a few lengths which felt good. Started to rain just as we were leaving the pool so we dashed back and had some lunch. Managed ...

... you do so I had a beer ...... What else would you expect from me.In the evening of the 6th we met up with friends of ours from Plymouth Graham and Jane Seddon who have a mobile home in Jard sur mer about an hour away. They came to Sega for drinks and nibbles then we went off to a restaurant for an evening meal. We had lovely time chatting and laughing the evening seemed to go so fast. Jane has just retired from ...
