... ride home which passed off without incident, although Les had a bit of a panic when he was very low on fuel and the '24 hour' petrol station we were aiming for on the A34 was closed!


On the M1 at junction 25, I waved farewell to Gilly and Les and peeled off towards Nottingham arriving home at 3.30am and ending the trip.

... a couple of shops and some slot machines scattered around for those that need a fix.

Our cabin is tiny! Two twins with fold down bunks stored above, a little bathroom and a small closet. A sheet and a duvet. One bath towel each! Spartan for sure but it passed Dayna's clean test! She is, by the way, beat from all the days of driving . . . she crashed about 9:45. I am in one of the bars where we have Internet and will write our blog ...

... mat for the suitcases is on the bed, we have thanked our lovely cabin attendants..had a last read in the peaceful and lovely Crows Nest..and a few things will fill in the afternoon,a matinee of a good show,dinner with friends, and then at 8am in the morning we will leave Prinsendam,transported directly to the Airport in Amsterdam,to begin our journey home,11 or so hours to Hong Kong...More from Hong Kong in a day or two..Love from us, Faye and ...

... I check into the hostel. Fun fact, I was the only guest at the hostel Sunday night. While nice, it is very odd. But I will take it because I did not want to deal with anyone and I could just use the internet to find food. Well, the hostel didn't have wifi (a fact they didn't mention) and I had to use a 2001 windows computer (like true old school computer) and the keyboard was all different. Not to mention, I couldn't eat since everything was freaking closed!! Today ...
