We left Paris at 7 AM this morning. The girls were very groggy!! While we enjoyed our time in Paris, everyone was glad to be on our way.

We drove through the French countryside. We stopped at the little town of Beaune. It was a lovely quaint French town. The stop was only for two hours for us to explore ...

... we board the train for the return ride. When the train emerges at the "Eigergletscher" stop, we get off and walk a half mile or so below hanging glaciers to the next train stop of Klein Scheidegg (where all the beautiful people hung out on the patio of the DesAlpes Hotel peering through telescopes at the Eiger Nordwand in the Eiger Sanction). I bought a Swiss Army knife called the Huntsman and a hat. My time in Switzerland was really ...

We had begun to notice that the Swiss trains we had taken so far were all impeccably on time; they are not early, and they are not a second late; it is very impressive.

Lucerne feels like it is even smaller than Basel, but it is also rather picturesque, is easy to navigate on foot, and has a very relaxed feeling about it. We booked into a ...

... a dream. The Mountain lifestyle is similar to country style in America but wayyyy more adventurous. Sky diving, cliff jumping, paragliding, river rafting, white water rafting, canyoning, bungy jumping, mountain surfing, wake boarding, paddle boarding, banana boating... The list goes on. If i had more time and money DEFINITELY would have gone paragliding but i dont think doing it along with canyoning in the same day was plausible.
Then we went out for a little bit to meet ...
