I can't believe it's day 3 already! Actually and finally slept through the night for a solid 5 hours. I think I have been going on two parts adrenalin and one part caffeine. Yesterday, Saturday, was another full day. We started out day driving into Karachi to tour one of the hospitals that has in recent years been integrated into the AKU hospital system. Besides being a university, AKU also has a state of the art teaching hospital and a hospital system ...
