    ... Being a B&B, Angela feels the need to pamper us at breakfast time. For me I see no need, but go with the flow. She lays out a wonderful spread, makes us Cappuccinos, and away she goes.     ... WW1 which for most of us is a bit of an unknown story. The most ferocious battle, known as the 'Battle of Caporetto' took place in 1917 as the Italian army was fleeing from the Austrians. This battle was actually well documented by the author Ernest Hemingway and went on latter to form the background to his novel' A Farewell to Arms'.     ... top, we see that it really is quite a big hole! It is smoking ever so slightly and we are surprised to note that it is at the top of the crater, not at the bottom where we would expect.
