    ... an old apple-wine tavern that we knew would serve it in the old quarter. Once there, we sat outside and ordered three apple wines and three of the cheese dishes. The apple wine came out, and we all tried it. Daniel and Dad couldn't stand it, but I didn't actually mind it.     ... take you through a landscape you will never see from a car. Consider it - there is no better way to reacquaint yourself with your inner 12 year old and the natural world, to feel so free and care-less and in the moment in a way you'd forgotten was possible.     Day 2 - morning

    Weather: clear skies

    It was 9:30am local time when the plane landed safely in Frankfurt, Germany. With the time zone difference, I've lost six hours of my precious time and was functioning as if it was 3:30am! In other words, I was walking like a zombie!
