... were now sat on the beach, the oldest was around 40, maybe the offspring of one of the original group, all the others were younger, once a year a hippy festival is held here.
After dragging ourselves away we drove back to Heraklion, we plan to visit the Minoan Palace at Knossos tomorrow and want to be there early, we hoped there would be a car park at the site where we could stay, sure enough there ...

... Vulture centre, to the plateau. It was just as the guide book said only the great expanse is covered in two feet of snow, in places there are drifts that are four feet deep. When we got back Les took the hob apart, he couldn't find anything wrong with it other than the control board was full of dust, he gave it a good clean and reassembled it, it started first time, it's fascinating how much dust and grit we get in side Dream Catcher. It was ...

The overnight hail, thunder and lightening disturbed us several times, we are reluctant to get up until the heating has warmed up. There are occasional breaks in the rain today, so we took the opportunity to take Logan out. We walked along the road which is flooded in places, were well wrapped up with full waterproofs on, the wind is bitting cold. We walked for around an hour passing an estate of military houses and beyond them an almost deritict area of what we think must have ...
