Dinner at the was at the Restaurant. Scott: baby romaine and Caesar salad dressing, caramelized scallops with fresh, linguine in a lemongrass and crab sauce. Dessert was a blue cheese mousse with cherry sauce. J: baby romaine salad with Atlantic salmon and plum & Armagnac tart for dessert.

Juan-les-Pins was a popular place for writers during the Jazz Age and still has an annual jazz festival in July. We passed a park where many jazz and some rock artists had performed, but no shows were scheduled while we were there. I've posted the signed handprints in the sidewalk of some I recognized.

... gets so deep so fast! Maybe five steps in your in deeper than you can stand in! To put it simply, has anyone ever floated in an Australian beach? Here in Nice floating is very easy! Sadly, body boarding is downright impossible, and even if you could you would probably get severe gravel burn. Swimming at the beach, relaxing on the sand... Sorry, on the large rocks...
