We managed to get a train to the main train station and ran to catch the train recommended by the information lady. After changing trains we arrived at Florence but got off 1 stop early. Luckily we were together. An old man got of after us and ...

... to our accommodation. Luckily it wasn't far as the streets in Florence are definitely not made from wheeling suitcases - lol.

We arrived at our accommodation and after the preliminaries were sorted we were taken to our apartment. We were pleasantly surprised to find that we had been upgraded from our budget apartment and have a beautiful 2 bedroom place right on the corner of the piazza directly across from the Duomo.
