    ... if the two wheeled variety. Now that would put an end to high speed police chases but then again, that is not their job and it is not clear that speed limits actually mean anything.
    I forgot to mention that the apartment was surrounded by a bar and it was also the first week of swat vac for uni students as well. Just a bit noisy as they had to stand outside to smoke and this happened to be under the bedroom window! Pat was a happy chap. ...
