... zijn zoon, hoe moest dat nou verder? Waar moest het geld vandaan komen, etc? Gonzalo bleek erg goed in pep-talk en wist hem ondanks alles in een wat positievere stemming te krijgen. Uiteindelijk was hij ons allen erg dankbaar en hebben we hem het beste gewenst.

Nu moesten we snel naar huis, verkleden en om elf uur aanschuiven bij het eten in het skidorp waarna we een drankje hebben gedronken op de goede afloop en hebben gefeest tot ´s morgens vroeg. Wat een dag.

I left and went to the room, only for him to come on later and shouting that the voices in the neighbouring room couldn't let him sleep because 'their all arguing, everybody's arguing, arghhhh'. ... Info about Bariloche having Fuel.
The Weather is severe VFR here and I filed an VFR Flt. plan SAWG Dct to SAZS , 650 miles ,estimated Flt. time
2:30.
Argentina is great for GA and there are absolutely no Fees for Airplanes with less than 1 metric ton, lucky me that the SX with some mods is only 998kg. controllers do not always speak English but with my Portgues and little understanding of Spanish I usally can figure ...

... made plans with Richard and Paul (the Saffas) to do something together for NYE :)

Woke on the 31st a bit hungover (hahaha good start to a party day) and the day before’s plan of a bike ride in the mountains was soon scrapped by Paul and I with Richard going for it! We made plans to reconvene after bikes and siestas for a champagne sundowner on the lake’s beach… oh, Bariloche is by the way, a really pretty town situated in the Lakes District ...

... time reporting it to the police, who do not speak english. So had to 1st go to the tourist office for the lady to translate our entire story into spanish. Then took this written little report to the police station, so hopefully they got the whole story right. But was just such a waste of time. Oh, well I guess I need to be shat on by another bird again, hey :)

Anyways, our last day in Bariloche was a bit more subdued than the 1st 3. And ...
